RAC41 from Renesas

The Renesas RA4C1 is a 32-bit microcontroller (MCU) designed for low-power embedded applications that also require secure data handling and flexible connectivity. It uses an Arm® Cortex®-M33 core running at up to 80 MHz and supports operation down to 1.6 V, making it suitable for battery-powered or energy-constrained devices.
Robust Security
The RA4C1 includes Arm TrustZone® for secure/non-secure separation and a hardware-based security engine that supports AES, ECC, SHA, true random number generation (TRNG), and a unique device ID. These features make it applicable for connected devices that require basic protection of data, firmware, and authentication.
