Renesas RA6W1

The Renesas RA6W1 is a highly integrated, ultra-low power Wi-Fi MCU combining an Arm® Cortex®-M33 system processor with dual-band 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax Wi-Fi. It supports complex low-power IoT applications requiring Wi-Fi connectivity within a standalone single-chip solution. Extremely low-power operation is achieved by dynamically disabling unused SoC elements, enabling near-zero power consumption when not actively transmitting or receiving data and extending battery life up to a year or more depending on the application.
Powered by a 160 MHz Arm® Cortex®-M33 core with 704 KB SRAM, the RA6W1 supports secure Wi-Fi protocols including WPA/WPA2-Enterprise/Personal, WPA2 SI, WPA3 SAE, and OWE, with power management features designed for ultra-low power operation.
