Renesas RA0E3

The Renesas RA0E3 is the most cost-effective 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M23 MCU in the RA family, designed to add functionality without modifying the main design. With a wide 1.6V to 5.5V operating range and a high-precision ±1% on-chip oscillator, it eliminates the need for external oscillators and voltage shifters while keeping BOM costs low.
With an operating range of -40°C to 125°C, the RA0E3 handles demanding consumer, industrial, and IoT environments without additional thermal considerations. Its streamlined peripheral set supports essential auxiliary control and sensing tasks, including a 10-bit ADC, temperature sensor, PWM and interval timers, and multi-protocol serial communication via UART, SPI, and I2C.
