With a current consumption of 84.3μA/MHz in active mode and 0.82 mA in sleep mode, coupled with a Software Standby mode, they offer ideal solutions for battery-operated applications.
RA0E1 Group: Designed for Cost-Sensitive Applications
The RA0E1 Group, the first release in the series, optimizes features for cost-sensitive applications. Offering a wide operating voltage range of 1.6V to 5.5V and integrated functionalities like timers, serial communications, and analog functions, they reduce BOM costs. Renesas ensures precision with a ±1.0% high-precision on-chip oscillator (HOCO) over a wide temperature range, eliminating the need for trimming the post-reflow process.
