High Performance, surface-mount 32-bit 76.8 MHz ARM Cortex®-M33 maximum operating frequency with DSP instruction and floating-point unit for efficient signal processing extending coin cell battery life up to 10 years

  • Low Energy Fast Startup Protocol Support: Bluetooth 5.4 and Bluetooth Mesh wireless SoC enables Low Energy protocol support with Angle-of-Arrival (AoA) and Angle-of-Departure (AoD) directional finding.

  • Ultra-low transmit and receiving power: Designed with a strong focus on energy efficiency battery-saving solutions with high power performance.

  • Wide selection of MCU peripheral: Analog to Digital Converter (ADC) 12-bit @ 1 Msps to 16-bit @ 76.9 ksps.

  • Expanded memory: 512kB flash and 32kB RAM
