An industry first, the SiTime Cascade SiT9514x is a clock-system-on-chip with an integrated MEMS oscillator. SiT9514x solutions redefine clock system technology with ultra-low jitter performance and exceptional flexibility. Combining clocking solutions into one compact, power-efficient chip, it’s ideally suited for advanced applications like communications, cloud computing, or industrial systems.


The Cascade SiT9514x streamlines PCB design and addresses the reliability challenges often seen with traditional quartz technology. Its MEMS-based design delivers superior durability, resisting shock and vibration while eliminating activity dips.  With 4 inputs, 11 outputs, and extensive programmable capabilities, the Cascade SiT9514x family empowers designers to construct a complete clock tree with a single, integrated chip.
