The SiBG301 family is the next generation of Series 3 ultra-low power wireless SoCs from Silicon Labs. Purpose-built to push boundaries in smart lighting, smart home, and building automation applications, the SiBG301 supports Bluetooth® mesh and proprietary 2.4 GHz connectivity.

Integrating an ARM® Cortex®-M33 core running up to 150 MHz and dedicated cores for the radio and security engine, the SiBG301 ensures responsiveness, reliability, and efficiency. It  includes up to 4 MB of flash and 512 KB of RAM, giving developers headroom for today’s demanding applications and tomorrow’s innovations.

Featuring robust security through Secure Vault™ High, an enhanced PWM, PIXELRZ interface, and LED pre-driver on select devices, SiBG301 solutions reduce BOM costs, and enable smooth, precise LED control.
