Compact 6W DC/DC Converters for Space-Constrained Industrial Applications
RECOM Power REC6K-AW and REC6K-RW Series
The RECOM Power REC6K-AW and REC6K-RW series are compact, regulated 6W DC/DC converters designed for space-constrained applications requiring wide input ranges and isolated outputs. Both series feature a 4:1 input range, high power density, regulated outputs, and no minimum load requirement. The REC6K-AW series uses an industry-standard 1”x1”
package, while the REC6K-RW series uses a proven DIP24 package.
Both series cover wide 4:1 input voltage ranges of 9-36VDC and 18-75VDC. Depending on the variant, output voltages range from 3.3VDC to 24VDC, with dual outputs of ±5V, ±12V, and ±15V also available. Output currents reach up to 1.5A, with regulated power ratings up to 6W. Both series include short-circuit, overcurrent, overvoltage, and undervoltage protection, while isolation reaches 1500VDC/1min for the REC6K-AW and 4000VDC/1min for the REC6K-RW.
